Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of FBO Operations to lead and oversee our FBO division. This role involves managing overall FBO activities, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and driving continuous improvement in our operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aviation operations, strong financial acumen, and a proven track record of leadership and operational excellence. They will need to help drive sales and ensure a consistent experience across the network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Oversight: Oversee all FBO operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to clients and stakeholders.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the FBO team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Client Relations: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure all FBO operations adhere to industry safety best practices. Conduct regular safety training for each department and hold monthly safety meetings at all locations to review and enforce safety protocols.
• Financial Management: Manage the FBO budget, monitor financial performance, and identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue generation.
• Business Development: Enhance service growth by identifying new business opportunities and coordinating with the marketing department for outreach and targeted campaigns to expand the client base.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance FBO services and expand business opportunities.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other divisions within Premier to ensure seamless integration and delivery of services.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the highest standards of service delivery, with strict adherence to ATA-103 standards and local environmental compliance regulations.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Must be able to read & write English fluently to meet FAA Regulations. 
• Previous leadership experience. 
• Experience in setting up or running FBO operations.
• 1 or 2 years of line service experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED with related experience or bachelor's with related experience. 
• Must be able to pass a drug test and 10-year background check. 
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations in 3 years.
• Moderate to heavy physical exertion to fuel aircraft and handle baggage. 
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds. 
• Ability to bend and or squat repeatedly for aircraft operational hook up.
• Ability to deice aircraft using high pressure hoses.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Maintain a well-groomed appearance and meet uniform appearance standards.
• Strong customer service skills, professional attitude, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Able to work evenings, nights, weekends, holidays, and in all weather conditions.
