Director of Finance

Are you an experienced Director of Finance who is interested in working for an established electronic marketing services company? If so, we have a great role for you! Our client is searching for a strategic individual who will be responsible for the overall management of the organization's budgets and financial strategy and goals. The Director of Finance will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling finance-related activities of the company. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Expected starting base salary $175,000 to $200,000 per year.

Job Description:

Present and communicate the company's financial plans and performance to the Board of Directors and to others in the company in a way that is clear, accurate and effective in telling the story of where the company is and where it is headed.

Lead the process of developing the company's annual operating budget including income statement, balance sheet and cash flow.

Manage ongoing financial performance reporting, including P&L and cash flow.

Develop reporting, tracking KPIs and presentations to convey progress toward company initiatives.

Actively manage the company's cash position and cash forecasting process ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and funds availability.Requirements:

Able to communicate with professionals at all levels

Able to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences

Proven leadership skills

Exceptional understanding of US GAAP and displayed proficiency in accounting operationsExperience:

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, MBA preferred

15+ years of experience with progressive responsibility in finance

7+ years of relevant managerial experience

CPA license desirable
