Director of Financial Aid

The Cincinnati School of Medical Massage is seeking a Director of Financial Aid at our location in Blue Ash. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial aid operations, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulations, and providing strategic direction to enhance financial aid services for our students. This role requires a strong understanding of financial aid programs, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to promoting access to education.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the financial aid application process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of student applications.
• Analyze financial aid data and trends to develop strategic initiatives that improve student access and success.
• Collaborate with other departments to create comprehensive financial literacy programs for students.
• Prepare and present reports on financial aid operations to senior leadership.

• In-depth knowledge of federal and state financial aid regulations and guidelines.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Proficiency in financial aid software and student information systems.
