Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

Responsibilities:
Lead FP&A : Spearhead the financial planning and analysis function, providing vital insights to improve financial performance.
Financial Strategies : Collaborate closely with the VP of Accounting to develop and implement robust financial plans.
Forecasting and Budgeting : Develop and manage comprehensive financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term plans.
Business Initiatives : Analyze the financial impact of significant business initiatives, ensuring strategic alignment with corporate goals.
Data Integrity : Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all financial data and reports.
Requirements:
Educational Background : Graduate level degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience : Proven expertise in financial planning and analysis, ideally within the manufacturing sector.
Inventory Management : Strong knowledge of inventory management, with experience managing inventories exceeding $30 million.
Analytical Skills : Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
Communication : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all levels of the organization.
