Director of FP&A

to oversee their small but mighty team.

In this capacity, you'll report directly to the CFO with high visibility to the Board of Directors and PE Firm. You will also manage 2 entry level Financial Analysts who are hungry for leadership and development.

This position requires a creative mindset, resourcefulness, ambition, and comfortability with ambiguity. Moreover, this is a hands on position requiring you to roll up your sleeves and toggle between tactical and strategic duties.

What you will do:
Serve as a finance thought leader and business partner to key stakeholders supporting them with all financial planning and reporting
Manage the long range planning, budgeting, forecasting for the company
Create financial models and board decks
Work closely with Operations to power them with applicable data to make effective business decisions

What you will have:
Bachelor’s in Finance or related field – Advanced degree preferred
7+ years of experience in FP&A and business partner roles
Experience working for a small to mid cap company in a hands-on leadership capacity
Creative problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in an ambiguous environments
Process improvement skills
Financial modeling skills
Proactive, resourceful, results-driven and highly motivated
Collaborative team player with ability to challenge the business
