We’re seeking a grounded, kind-hearted, and highly capable Medical Receptionist to serve as the heartbeat of our front office.

What You’ll Do:
As the first and last point of contact for many visitors and callers, you’ll embody the calm, capable, and welcoming spirit of Hestia. You’ll manage the flow of the office with grace and professionalism, support our clinical and administrative teams, and hold space for families with dignity and care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests, patients, and team members with warmth and professionalism
• Answer and direct phone calls with compassion and efficiency
• Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive patient and team information
• Coordinate incoming faxes, mail, and communications
• Schedule appointments and assist with calendar management
• Support the clinical team with medical records and supply tracking
• Keep the front office tidy, organized, and stocked with coffee and good vibes
• Be a steady presence in moments of chaos, loss, or transition

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in a medical, hospice, or caregiving setting preferred
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Grace under pressure, good boundaries, and a grounded presence
• Proficiency with basic office tech (EMR experience a bonus)
• Warmth, kindness, and a good sense of humor
• Respect for the spiritual (not necessarily religious) nature of our work
