Job Description - Director of First Impressions

This is a full-time on-site role as a Director of First Impressions - Receptionist at Patten Title Company. The Director of First Impressions will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and visitors, answering, and directing phone calls, managing the reception area, scheduling appointments, and handling general administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Requirements

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and administrative tasks

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Professional and friendly demeanor

Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role

Experience in the real estate or title insurance industry is a plus

High school diploma or equivalent
