Job Summary: The Director of First Impressions greets and directs visitors while projecting professionalism and maintaining a position attitude. Additionally, this role will provide administrative support and maintain the conference/break rooms.
The incumbent in this position is expected to model the following practices daily: 1) Demonstrate alignment with the company's mission and core business values;
2) Collaborate with key internal/external resources; 3) Participate in ongoing self- development.
Essential Functions:
· Greets all guests, employees and visitors with a positive attitude using Legendary Customer Service
· Performs routine clerical tasks, data entry, word processing assignments, operating basic office equipment
· Issues visitor badges and maintain visitor, vendor, and office supply logs
· Notifies employees when visitors or deliveries arrive
· Sets up refreshments in conference & break rooms while ensuring front desk, lobby, breakroom, and meeting rooms are clean and clutter free
· Attends to and maintains office equipment to include printers, copiers, and general stationary items
· Screens and provides building access to vendors
· Submits service requests for repairs and/or maintenance
· Manages invoices and ensure timely processing to include generating/closing POs
· Assists with various equipment needs and rentals
· Follows up with vendors and contractors on work &/or invoice status
· Coordinates vendor and contractor inspections
· Manages vending and coffee services calls and process
· Works safely always and adheres to all applicable safety policies; complies with all company policies, procedures, and standards
· Requires regular and punctual employee attendance
· Performs other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
· Legendary Customer Service Focus with the ability to actively listen, gather information, understand customer issues/needs
· Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills in a fast-paced environment
· Strong telephone etiquette skills
· Excellent organization, time management and leadership skills
· Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint); ability to produce information in spreadsheets, documents, forms, tables, and presentations
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
· Strong organization skills, detailed-oriented, and ability to work on multiple projects
· Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, coworkers, and customers (internal and external)
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Education and Experience:
· 1+ years of experience meeting deadlines in a business or office environment demonstrated through work or military experience

Physical Requirements:
· This position involves extended periods in a stationary position; additionally, occasional movement inside the office to access office machinery, file cabinets, etc.
· This role frequently communicates with others, must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
· This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines
Work Environment:
· This job is generally performed in a professional office environment in environmentally controlled conditions
· Essential functions are performed in close physical proximity to other people
· Frequently works at fast pace with unscheduled interruptions
