Job Description:

Responsible for developing and effectively soliciting new sales prospects, as well as establishing clients for the purpose of closing business and achieving sales goals. The ideal candidate is a successful sales professional who has a proven client base with a track record and reputation in the upscale hotel space, who will approach the market with 100% proactive sales efforts, to uncover new business as well as bring existing relationships while nurturing existing OHG Resorts customers with a deep understanding of strategic selling. Work cross functionally at both properties and leverage the commercial business unit structure to deliver group budget goals for the portfolio.
Minimum Requirement
Five (5) years experience as Multi-property group seller in a mid-market to luxury market position; minimum two (2) years of supervisory experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office required, Delphi FDC and PMS preferred.

While base pay starts at $110,000- $115,000, there is potential for a higher salary based on factors such as applicant skill, experience, education.
