What You’ll Do

• Design and execute sales and marketing strategies aligned with community goals.
• Manage inbound inquiries, conduct tours, and guide prospective residents through the move-in process.
• Build strong referral partnerships with hospitals, physicians, and local organizations.
• Use CRM tools to track leads, conversions, and campaign performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth, resident-focused onboarding experience.
• ​​​​​​​Analyze market trends to identify local growth opportunities.

What You’ll Need

• Proven success in senior living or healthcare sales & marketing.
• Experience managing inquiries, tours, and occupancy pipelines.
• Strong business development and networking skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and data tracking.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
