What You'll Do:

• Oversee all health and wellness services for assisted living residents
• Ensure compliance with Assisted Living License regulations
• Supervise nursing and direct care staff, including hiring, training, and evaluations
• Perform resident assessments, care planning, and medication oversight
• Coordinate with physicians, families, and case workers regarding care plans and changes
• Be available for emergencies and staff support via phone/on-call
• Maintain and update resident records, policies, procedures, and training manuals

What You'll Need:

• Active LPN or RN license in the State of Oklahoma
• At least 1 year of experience in senior living and/or memory care
• CPR Certification required
• Leadership and supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
• Sensitivity and strong communication skills for working with residents and families
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends and evenings
• Valid driver’s license
