Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee all aspects of patient care services, ensuring compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards.
Recruit, train, and inspire a team of clinical and paraprofessional staff to deliver exceptional care.
Ensure 24/7 availability of qualified supervisory and clinical staff.
Implement and monitor Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) and Emergency Preparedness programs.
Partner with administrators and governing bodies to maintain operational excellence and compliance.
Drive innovation and solutions to meet the evolving needs of patients and caregivers.
Qualifications
Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing; BSN preferred.
Minimum 5 years of home care RN experience within the last 7 years.
At least 3 years of leadership/management experience in home health care.
Strong knowledge of home health regulations, standards of practice, and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
