Director of Henderson/Owensboro Programs

Overview:

The Director of Henderson/Owensboro Programs is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing all clinical and support operations at Matthew 25’s Henderson and Owensboro locations. This position ensures that services are delivered with excellence, programs operate efficiently and in alignment with organizational values, and the team is empowered to succeed. The Director of Henderson/Owensboro Programs plays a vital role in maintaining regulatory compliance, supporting grant initiatives, enhancing staff engagement, and advancing the mission of Matthew 25 within the Henderson and Owensboro communities.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in applicable field (Business, Operations, Administration, etc.).


• 2-3 years of experience in operations management, personnel supervision, budgeting, financial management, and nonprofit experience.


• Experience working in a nonprofit organization or a strong desire to work in service driven environment.

• Flexibility, as our services are available to a large geographic area in the state of Kentucky, which may require some travel
  


• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background test
