Job Title: Director of Hospice Clinical Services
Location: San Antonio, Texas
Salary: $110,000 to $125,000 annually plus 10% annual bonus
Shift: Monday through Friday
Weekend Requirements: None routinely
On-Call: Administrative on-call rotation approximately 1 week every 2–3 months, taken from home

Job Overview:
We are seeking a clinically licensed hospice leader to oversee and grow our San Antonio branch. This role is responsible for operational performance, team leadership, regulatory compliance, and supporting sustainable census growth. The Director will lead an established branch of 15 employees with a current census in the 40 to 50 range and will support expansion into a secondary nearby branch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day hospice operations
• Lead, coach, and retain an interdisciplinary team
• Rebuild culture, improve morale, and strengthen accountability
• Partner with sales leadership to support responsible census growth
• Ensure compliance with hospice regulations and quality standards
• Scale staffing and workflows during growth

Required Qualifications:

• Hospice leadership experience required
• Clinical background required, RN preferred
• Proven success in managing hospice census growth
• Strong people leadership and operational management skills
• Experience collaborating with sales teams
