Additional Areas of Responsibility: Team Leadership: inspire, train, and oversee department managers Guest Experience: train team members, improve feedback, create seamless experiences Revenue and Budget: tighten fiscal practices, experiment with new models for financial Sustainability, evaluate metrics, create strategic proposals to improve revenue and operations Quality Enhancement: accountable for high quality service, cleanliness, and safety Other Information/Requirements: Five years in a leadership role with proven success empowering a team. Five years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry. Keen knowledge of the challenges and opportunities in conference center, resort, hotel or tourism industries.
