At the DoubleTree by Hilton New York – LaGuardia Airport, we believe a spotless, well-run property starts with strong housekeeping leadership. We're looking for a Director of Housekeeping who can lead with precision, build strong partnerships, and ensure every guest room and public space reflects our commitment to excellence.
This is a unique leadership opportunity: our housekeeping services are delivered through a trusted third-party contract partner, and you'll serve as the driving force behind that partnership - holding it accountable for quality, staffing, and performance while shaping the guest experience from behind the scenes.
About the Role
As Director of Housekeeping, you'll oversee all housekeeping and laundry operations, working closely with our contract partner's on-site leadership to ensure guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces consistently meet DoubleTree and Hilton brand standards. You'll manage budgets, inventory, and vendor relationships, while driving a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across every shift.
