Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance standards are consistently met

- Develop and implement cleaning protocols, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency and quality

- Recruit, train, and supervise housekeeping staff, fostering a motivated and professional team

- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with health and safety standards

- Manage inventory, procurement, and budget for cleaning supplies and equipment

- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate cleaning schedules and special projects

- Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive guest experience

- Monitor and analyze departmental performance metrics, implementing improvements as needed

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in hospitality housekeeping management

- Proven experience in housekeeping management, preferably within the hospitality industry
