Job Description - Director of Human Resources
Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced HR Director to lead our human resources team and develop strategic initiatives to drive employee engagement, talent acquisition, and retention. The successful candidate will have a strong background in employee relations, talent management, training and development, and compensation management, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
Five years of progressive HR experience with a concentration on employee relations, talent acquisition, talent management, training and development, and compensation management
Previous experience overseeing employee relations in a multi-site setting highly desirable
Extensive knowledge of federal and state employment law, CMS, OSHA, and TJC regulatory compliance
PHR/SPHR certification preferred
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
