Director of Human Resources (Stockbridge, In-Office)

Vaco Atlanta is working with an impressive retail company in

Stockbridge, GA

in their search for a

Director of HR . This is a

DIRECT HIRE

opportunity which requires in-office work.

Only candidates who live in the metropolitan Atlanta, Georgia, USA area will be considered since in-office work is required.

Responsibilities:

Manage new hire onboarding and orientation
Oversee training and development
Develop HR strategies
Handle Employee Relations issues
Manage the Employee Stock Ownership Plan
Identify areas of improvement and provide training

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Business or HR preferred
SHRM Certified Professional preferred
Must have at least 5 years of HR management experience
OSHA and EEOC Reporting experience is REQUIRED
Preferred experience in retail
Must be a team player with strong collaborative skills
Must possess strong problem-solving skills
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in ADP Workforce Now is preferred
