We’re hiring a Director of Inside Sales to lead our Cleveland-based inside sales operation at Home Genius Exteriors. This role is critical as we continue our rapid expansion—growing from $3M to $200M+ in just five years and aiming to be nationwide by 2030.

• Oversee and optimize a 50+ rep inside sales team and management layer

• Build scalable systems to increase performance and conversions
