We are seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Director of Institutional Giving to lead and grow our foundation, corporate, and government fundraising efforts. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced development professional to play a key leadership role in advancing the mission of one of South Florida's most respected nonprofit organizations.
Position Summary
Reporting to the Vice President of Development, the Director of Institutional Giving is responsible for developing and executing strategies that increase and diversify institutional funding. The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of foundation, corporate, and government funders while identifying new funding opportunities that support BBBS Miami's strategic priorities.
This position manages an annual institutional fundraising portfolio of approximately $3–4 million and works closely with executive leadership, program staff, and the Board of Directors to secure transformational investments that expand the organization's impact throughout the community.

Work Environment & Schedule
This is a hybrid position (4 in office, 1 WFH) based at BBBS of Miami's headquarters: 550 NW 42nd AvenueMiami, FL 33126. Occasional evening and weekend attendance at donor events, meetings, and organizational functions is expected.
