We are seeking a Director of Integrated Video to lead our national and local television planning and buying. In this role, you will be responsible for building a cohesive video practice where television and digital video (CTV/OLV) are planned and bought in lockstep to deliver results. You will work collaboratively with the VP of Media & Connection Strategy to shape the vision of the department and operational standards that reflect our high-performance, employee-owned culture.
This role requires a deep understanding of how television and digital video work together to propel brands forward and expertise in both national and local television planning and buying. The ideal candidate is a passionate expert who understands the nuance of media strategy, has experience leading planning and buying teams and can connect measurement systems to video plans to showcase the impact for our clients. Proven team leadership, buying practice development and deep client consultation experience are important criteria for success in this role.
