  • Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and nonprofit data standards.

  • Monitor system vulnerabilities and lead timely upgrades and remediation.

 Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, develop and grow a lean team of IT professionals.

  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive culture focused on continuous learning and mission alignment.

  • Conduct supervision, goal setting, and performance evaluations.

  • Build strong relationships with organizational leaders to understand technology needs and develop responsive, efficient solutions.

 Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with departments including Finance, People & Culture, Clinical Services, and Operations to align technology with business needs.

  • Communicate complex technical information clearly and effectively to non-technical staff and leadership.

  • Support the rollout of new systems that improve program delivery and operational efficiency.

  • Participate in organizational planning and policy development, providing expert guidance on technology infrastructure and data management.

Budgeting & Vendor Management

  • Negotiate with vendors and service providers to secure favorable terms and support.

  • Partner with external consultants to manage systems and ensure effective support across Aspire’s locations.
