Director of IT Commercial Delivery

What will you do as a Director of IT Commercial Delivery at Sealed Air?

We are seeking a hands-on Director of IT Commercial Delivery to lead strategic technology initiatives supporting Sealed Air’s commercial operations across our global SAP ECC environment. This role is heavily focused on SAP Sales & Distribution (SD), Vendavo pricing, and Order-to-Cash delivery, ensuring scalable, reliable, and business-aligned commercial processes. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical and functional expertise with leadership capabilities, driving both execution and continuous improvement across commercial platforms and processes.

The Director will partner closely with Sales, Customer Service, Pricing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to deliver impactful solutions that improve operational efficiency, automation, and customer experience.

This is not a purely managerial role, we are looking for a hands-on leader who can actively contribute to solution delivery, configuration, and business transformation initiatives while leading global teams and external partners.

The role is based in Charlotte, NC.

Why do we need you?

• Lead end-to-end delivery of commercial IT initiatives across SAP ECC Sales & Distribution, pricing, billing, invoicing, EDI, and Order-to-Cash processes.


• Provide hands-on leadership for SAP SD and Vendavo-related solutions, including configuration guidance, delivery oversight, and business alignment.


• Partner with Commercial Excellence, Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance, and Pricing teams to define priorities and execute strategic initiatives.


• Drive continuous improvement across commercial platforms, automation processes, pricing operations, and transaction reliability.


• Lead global cross-functional teams, including internal resources, offshore teams, vendors, and implementation partners.


• Support the evolution of AI-enabled commercial capabilities and automation opportunities within the commercial technology landscape.


• Monitor operational KPIs and process performance metrics to improve order accuracy, pricing effectiveness, automation, and customer experience.


• Mentor and develop team members while strengthening delivery discipline, technical capabilities, and commercial process expertise.

What do you need to succeed?

• Strong expertise in SAP ECC / SAP SD and Order-to-Cash processes.


• Deep understanding of pricing processes and Vendavo solutions.


• Experience leading commercial systems delivery initiatives in global ERP environments.


• Strong knowledge of billing, invoicing, deliveries, EDI, master data, and commercial transaction flows.


• Hands-on solution delivery and configuration mindset.


• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, developers, business stakeholders, and external partners.


• Familiarity with AI-enabled business solutions, automation, and emerging commercial technologies.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities using operational metrics and business KPIs.


• Experience managing global teams, offshore resources, and external vendors across multiple time zones.


• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
