About the Role:

As the Director of Women's Services, you will oversee Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Nursery/NICU Units, ensuring excellence in patient care, staff competency, and operational efficiency. Reporting directly to the Chief Nursing Officer, you will drive strategic initiatives, develop high-performing teams, and optimize resources to deliver outstanding outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead 24/7 operations for Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Nursery/NICU Units
• Develop and implement policies to ensure compliance with all regulatory standards
• Manage staffing, budgeting, and performance improvement initiatives
• Foster collaboration between multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient-centered care
• Provide leadership and professional development for nursing staff
• Oversee recruitment, hiring, training, and mentorship programs
• Ensure optimal patient safety, satisfaction, and quality outcomes

What You Need to Succeed:

Must-Haves:

• Active RN license in North Carolina
• Bachelors degree in Nursing (Masters preferred)
• BLS Certification
• Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP) Certification

Preferred Qualifications:

• Masters Degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a womens health setting
• Strong background in hospital operations and patient-centered care
• Excellent communication, strategic planning, and team-building skills
