Director of Laboratory - Full-Time | Clinical Leadership Opportunity

The Staff Pad has partnered with a reputed
healthcare system in Las Vegas, NM and we are looking to hire a Director of
Laboratory to provide leadership and oversight for the Clinical Laboratory, while
ensuring high-quality, patient-centered services while maintaining compliance
with professional, regulatory, and governmental standards.

Schedule: Full-Time | Days

What You’ll Do

• Plan
  and oversee daily Clinical Laboratory operations
  
• Lead
  laboratory staff and departmental activities
  
• Ensure
  quality and timely patient care
  
• Maintain
  compliance with regulatory and professional standards
  
• Oversee
  laboratory procedures, policies, and quality initiatives
  
• Support
  Blood Bank operations and services
  
• Promote
  a safe, efficient, and professional laboratory environment
  

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s
  degree in Laboratory Science or related field
  
• 5+
  years of Acute Care Hospital Laboratory experience; Blood Bank experience
  required
  
• 3+
  years of supervisory or leadership experience
  
• Medical
  Technologist or MLT license through ASCP or equivalent body
  
• Strong
  leadership, communication, and organizational skills
