Director of Leasing
A major property management company is looking for a Director of Leading to join the leadership team at their corporate office in Chicago, IL. The Leasing Director will lead and manage day-to-day leasing operations across a diverse portfolio, working closely with senior leadership to drive performance and meet leasing goals. This position is expected to increase occupancy by cold calling, prospecting, relationship building and managing a field team

Key Responsibilities:

• Directly manage and coach leasing agents, setting and tracking daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Establish and report on key performance metrics, conduct weekly sales and pricing meetings, and participate in budget planning.
• Oversee tenant applications, market analysis, and property pricing strategies.
• Implement competitive incentive programs and manage relationships with brokers and third-party agencies.
• Conduct regular property site visits and contribute to marketing and sales strategy development.
• Provide ongoing training, performance evaluations, and foster a positive, competitive work environment.

• Proven leadership in leasing sales management with a focus on real estate or leasing.
• Strong analytical, coaching, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset
• Proficient in process improvement methodologies
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
