Director of Maintenance and Environmental Services

• Oversee campus-wide maintenance and environmental services operations
• Develop and manage preventative maintenance programs
• Supervise maintenance, housekeeping, and laundry staff
• Ensure timely response to work orders and maintenance requests
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and inspections
• Maintain regulatory compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards

• Knowledge of preventative maintenance practices
• Knowledge of NFPA codes and fire safety regulations
• 10+ years of maintenance experience required
• Requires strong critical thinking skills, independent judgment, and the ability to multitask and prioritize work assignments
• Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
