The Director of Manufacturing Finance: (1) Is the principal business partner of the SVP Manufacturing and the finance lead for conversion activities and overhead costs across four plants; (2) Validates, prioritizes and forecasts capital expenditures and related governance in coordination with the Engineering and IT teams; (3) Leads and organizes the annual productivity agenda across all aspects of the organization.

COMPENSATION: $165,000 - $180,000/Year DOE, Bonus Eligible

RESPONSIBILTIES:

• Provides financial analysis and insights into Direct Labor, Raw Materials, Packaging, Overhead, Productivity and Capital performance with clear explanations and actionable recommendations.


• Coaches a team of finance managers and analysts (with direct and indirect reporting) who support and partner with Manufacturing and Operations Services leadership.


• Leads Manufacturing, Capital and Productivity components of Annual Business Plan (Budget) process


• Drives monthly outlook process including a robust collaboration with the manufacturing and supply chain teams on anticipated performance, risks and opportunities.


• Maintains Direct Labor Standard Cost model.


• Creates financial models to support production planning, capital expenditures and margin improvement projects.


• Builds organization’s financial acumen to improve the speed and quality of decision making.


• Supports the SVP Strategy Optimization on other projects and analyses as needed.


• Ensures corporate-directed financial controls and procedures are functioning at each manufacturing site.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree.


• Demonstrated ability to influence others at all levels of the organizations.


• 7+ years of manufacturing finance or related experiences.


• 5+ years of people management experience (preferred).


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an appreciation for polish and an awareness for the audience.


• Talent for summarizing complex analyses into straightforward recommendations.


• Strong quantitative sense, data management and problem-solving skills.
