The Role
We are currently seeking a highly experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as the Director of Marketing. In this role, you will work closely with the Executive Vice President of Marketing & Strategic Communication to meet the strategic needs of the enterprise direction as outlined in the strategic plan.
Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Leadership:Serve as the right hand to the Executive Vice President of Marketing & Strategic CommunicationMeet the strategic needs of the enterprise direction outlined in the strategic planLead the vision and communicate it clearly to investors and potential investorsPromote brand awareness and drive market shareMarketing Strategy and Execution:
Develop key messaging across various channels including e-mail, social media, video, web content, marketing copy, and graphicsCreate effective marketing copy for special meetings and webinarsConduct research to inform marketing strategies, including demand and competitive analysisCollaborate with sales department to develop pricing strategiesIdentify potential customers and develop strategies to convert prospects into customersTeam Management:
Manage a team of marketing coordinatorsEnsure tactical execution of the strategic visionDrive measurable results through the marketing team's effortsAdvertising and Branding:
Develop and manage advertising campaignsBuild brand awareness and positioningCreate branding, graphics, and toolkits for initiativesEvent Management:
Organize company conferences, trade shows, and major eventsDigital Marketing and Content Creation:
Oversee social media marketing strategy and content marketingCreate and review PowerPoints for webinars and presentationsDevelop branding, graphics, and toolkits for various initiativesBudgeting and Financial Analysis:
Understand and develop budgets and finance, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment, and profit-loss projectionsMembership and Sales Support:
Support membership, sales, and lead generation effortsIdentify potential customers and develop strategies to convert prospects into customersQualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related fieldAt least 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on strategic planning and execution.Proven track record of successfully driving brand awareness and market share growth.Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to develop compelling marketing copy and messaging across various channels.Proficiency in research and analysis to inform marketing strategies.Experience with budgeting and financial analysis.Strong understanding of customer acquisition and lead generation strategies.Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Excellent project management and organizational skills.Strong attention to detail.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.Creative and innovative mindset.Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, WordPress, Hootsuite, Canva, and other relevant marketing tools.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
