This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who loves brand, strategy, storytelling, design, and people. You’ll lead the marketing function for a growing, employee-owned construction company with a strong reputation, a bold personality, and a lot of momentum.

The Opportunity
Marketing at Centric is not a back-office function. It is deeply connected to how we win work, build relationships, communicate our value, celebrate our people, and represent who we are.
You’ll work closely with Business Development, Preconstruction, Operations, Executive Leadership, and a talented marketing team to bring ideas to life. Some days will be focused on proposals and project interviews. Others may involve brand strategy, social content, project storytelling, photography, events, sponsorships, internal communications, PR, or big-picture planning.
This role is for someone who can move comfortably between strategy and execution. Someone who can lead the conversation, shape the message, elevate the design, and jump in when the work needs extra hands.

What You’ll Lead
You’ll lead Centric’s marketing function across brand, proposals, project interviews, digital content, advertising, sponsorships, public relations, photography, collateral, internal communications, and creative direction.
You’ll help ensure our materials are sharp, our message is consistent, our brand feels like Centric, and our marketing efforts support where the company is headed.
You’ll also lead a small, talented team that is ready for mentorship, direction, and continued growth. They are creative, capable, and eager to keep building something strong. This is a chance to step into a team with a great foundation and help take it to the next level.
This Might Be Your Fit If...
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for progressive marketing experience, ideally in construction, architecture, engineering, real estate, development, professional services, or another relationship-driven industry.
Experience with brand management, proposals, creative direction, Adobe Creative Suite, digital content, social media, PR, internal and external communications, and executive-level collaboration will be important.
More than anything, we’re looking for someone who brings creativity, confidence, clarity, ownership, and care. Someone who can help lead Centric marketing into its next chapter.
