Key Responsibilities and Tasks
Develop and maintain an 18-month marketing plan, including long-term promotional strategy, plan, and deliverables
Manage and optimize the marketing budget
Oversee the improvement and development of the company website
Provide leadership and communication across various marketing functions such as web development, digital advertising, social media, affiliate marketing, and publicity
Coordinate and manage marketing projects
Conduct post-promotion review and analysis and communicate post-mortem lessons to the executive team
Liaise and manage the content marketing team
Manage brand consistency, protection, review, and enhancement
Oversee tech rollout, review, and discovery
Create custom marketing plans for unique products
Keep high visibility in industry trends, competitors, etc
Liaise and manage the B2B sales team leader
Coordinate marketing plans with the business sales team
Integrate the B2B sales plan into the marketing plan
Required Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience in marketing and sales leadership roles
Strong project management skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Proficiency in marketing technology and tools
In-depth knowledge of industry trends and consumer behavior
Reporting Structure and Team Dynamics
The Director of Marketing and Sales will report directly to the VP of Operations and will
be responsible for leading the marketing and sales team.
Additional Information or Requirements
The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Travel may be required for industry events and conferences.
The candidate should show a strategic mindset with a focus on driving business growth through innovative marketing and sales strategies.
