Symetra is seeking a Director of Marketing Operations to help marketing operate more clearly, efficiently, and predictably at scale. This role plays a critical part in how strategy becomes execution--bringing structure to complex work, improving delivery, and helping teams adapt and perform in a constantly changing environment.\n\nAbout the role\n\nAs Director of Marketing Operations, you\u0027ll define and lead how marketing work gets planned and delivered across the enterprise. Check out our Symetra Benefits Overview \n\n\n\nCompensation\n\nSalary Range: $141,600 - $236,000 plus eligibility for annual bonus program \n\nWho You Are\n\n * 12-15+ years of experience in marketing operations, program management, or related leadership roles\n * Proven ability to design and evolve operating models that support scale and change\n * Comfortable leading through ambiguity and influencing senior stakeholders\n * Strong judgment around prioritization, sequencing, and tradeoffs\n * Experienced people leader who builds trust and develops talent\n * Able to simplify complex ideas and communicate clearly at all levels\n * Familiar with modern marketing workflows, digital practices, and martech ecosystems\n * Experience with AI, automation, or operational innovation is a plus\n * High school diploma required; college degree preferred. \n\n\n\nTravel: \n\nRequired Training \u0026 Professional Development \nAll newly hired people leaders with direct reports are required to complete a comprehensive leadership development program within their first year. This program includes both virtual and in-person training. The in-person sessions will take place at Symetra\u0027s corporate headquarters in Bellevue, Washington.
