Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary Range: $105,000 - $125,000 (based on experience).

• Annual Bonus: Eligible for up to 15%.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide leadership to ensure high-quality, cost-effective patient care.

• Enhance departmental performance through resource optimization and performance improvement initiatives.

• Oversee patient flow to ensure a seamless continuum of care.

• Develop education programs for patients and staff.

• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to achieve healthcare goals.

• Manage operations, including staffing, evaluations, and resource allocation.

• Lead departmental projects and recommend new technologies/services.

Who You Are:

• Experienced: At least 2-3 years of recent acute care experience at a Manager level in an adult inpatient setting.

• Educated: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (required).

• Licensed: Active Registered Nurse license or Advanced Nurse Practitioner license.

• Certified: Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 30 days of employment.

About the Role:

• Lead a 42-bed Med-Surg unit ("bread and butter" Med-Surg patients).

• Manage a team of 57 FTEs, including a Manager, 4 Clinical Nurse Coordinators (CNCs), RNs, LPNs, and Patient Care Technicians.

• Collaborate with an engaged and motivated team.

• Report to the ACNO, with growth opportunities to advance within the organization.

• Work in a state-of-the-art facility with upgraded and remodeled units.
