Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and caring Director of Cardiac Monitoring to join our team. In this role, depending on your experience, you will lead our group of CCTs on all aspects of our Mobile Cardiac Telemetry (MCT) workflow. Your responsibilities will include creating workflows for critical events, creating reports, performance management of those analyzing reports, and leading a team. The ideal candidate works well under pressure and is dedicated to providing the best possible patient care.

Responsibilities

Examine extended holter and MCT data for report generation

Hire CCT and CRAT Certified technicians

Creation of work flows and phone trees for applicable tasks

Working to train teammates on arrythmia and report generation

Use database software to document patient information

Consult with hospitals and practices during critical event notifications

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or

Completion of the Cardiovascular Technician program (CCT or CRAT)

Able to meet the physical demands of the job, including standing for long periods, lifting, and pulling

Compensation: $85,000.00 per year
