Job Description - Director of MSP Sales

We are growing rapidly and looking for temp/contingent staffing recruitment coordinators (client program specialists). Job Summary:
The Director of Sales responsibilities are to achieve sales and business development targes within specific industry or a geographical area within Workspend. The role includes development/forecasting, pipeline management, and successful execution of the sales cycle and attainment of client wins. The role is accountable to drive the achievement of client acquisition and revenue growth objectives through a solution-oriented consultative sales approach.

Key Responsibilities:
• Grow and expanding existing direct business and closing new business.
• Develop, identify and qualify new business opportunities through strategic prospecting.
• Lead sales cycle from prospect identification to contact approach (all levels).
• Ability to assess needs, opportunity development and solution design.
• Ability in preparation of materials in response to RFP request, sales presentations & contract negotiations.
• Proactively target prospects and establish/develop business relationships with key decisions makers within prospect and client companies.
• Monitor client, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions.
• Collaborate with the B2B marketing team on lead generation and market research.
• Deliver a consultative selling approach to identify and meet client needs.
• Present solution options to key leaders, executives, and selection committees.
• Leverage technology and market intelligence tools such as, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, LinkedIn etc.
• Maintain a working knowledge of the local market and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, recruiters, and other internal and external stakeholders to deliver efficient and effective business solutions to clients.

Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• 4+ years of B2B sales experience within MSP/VMS or Staffing Industry (required).
• Proven track record of net new sales & account management.
• Comfortable adhering to KPIs/Metrics & Goals.
• Experience selling service-oriented solutions.
• Proficiency using CRM tools- Preferably HubSpot
• Results driven with a strong business acumen including client tracking management.
• Networking and lead generation.
