The Director of Network Developmentis a pivotal role for the CASE Construction organization, responsiblefor owning the network strategy and the Case Construction sales channel.Responsibilities Develop long term strategic plan for the CASE DealerNetwork Evaluate and develop long term distribution strategies to alignwith changing markets Work across CNH brands to ensure alignments aredeveloped where to best support the channel Collaboratively a workwithin the CASE Brand senior leadership team to develop, monitor andimprove KPIs of the dealer channel Continue to optimize and implementcomprehensive dealer standards that improves the brand position withinthe dealer channel and provides clarity for dealers on expectations forbeing a CASE dealer in North America Serves as a liaison to Legaldepartment concerning any issues related to dealer contracts managementServes as a liaison to the Dealer Advisory Board Governs multipleaspects of the Dealer network including, but not limited to: New DealerApproval Merger & Acquisitions Dealer Expansion Sales & Service MarketRevisions Majority & Minority Ownership Changes Product Line additionsor removals Leads Dealer agreement and negotiations (i.e. Sales andService Agreement, Market Development Agreements, Data SharingAgreement, etc.) Owns the Dealer performance review process Collaborateswith CNH Capital on dealer network wholesale credit issues SupportsMonthly Operating Review (MOR) Actions Leads the Network DevelopmentDepartment Leads Development of Dealership Standards Facilitates dealervisits with Senior Leadership Qualifications Bachelor\'s Degree or...For full info follow application link.
