Essential Responsibilities:

• Direct all clinical operations and nursing services across our skilled nursing facility
• Establish and maintain evidence-based care protocols and quality assurance programs
• Lead a team of healthcare professionals while fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
• Ensure regulatory compliance with state, federal, and accreditation requirements
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
• Manage clinical budget and resource allocation effectively

Required Qualifications:

• Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• 1+ years of Medicare-based Home Health leadership experience
• 5+ years experience as Director of Nursing in a Skilled Nursing Facility
• Proven track record in clinical operations management and staff development
• Strong understanding of CMS regulations and compliance requirements
