Position Summary: As the CNO, you will ensure each resident receives exceptional care, promoting their physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being. You will advocate for residents and staff, fostering high standards of care through diligent orientation, continuing education, and effective policies. Collaborating closely with the CEO, you will be a key clinical partner in achieving our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the nursing team to ensure quality outcomes and person-centered care.
• Oversee staffing, recruitment, and retention plans.
• Participate in budget discussions and quality assurance processes.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members and manage adverse events.
• Promote resident and family satisfaction with nursing services.

Education

Graduate of accredited school of nursing, BSN or MSN preferred.

Licenses/Certification

Valid RN license in the state employed.

Valid CPR certification.

DNS-CT or CDONA, optional.

Valid driver’s license.

Experience

3-5 years successful experience as a Director of Nursing or equivalent position in long-term care facility preferred
