Director of Nursing

A small community hospital located just outside La Crosse, Wisconsin is seeking a full-time, permanent Director of Nursing to join their team!

• The Director of Nursing will provide leadership, planning, coordination, and guidance for our organization’s nursing operations. They are responsible for overseeing patient care management, resource allocation, and fiscal oversight, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care across all nursing services. This position will oversee all acute care units, GI, Infusion, and case management.
  

The Director of Nursing Minimum Qualifications:

• Must possess a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). A Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is strongly preferred
  


• Must have active RN License
  


• Must have at least 5 years of previous nursing experience
  


• Preferable to have at least 3 years of nursing leadership experience
