What We Are Looking For:

• 2-3 Years of Director of Nursing experience in skilled nursing setting or appropriate hospital experience


• History of survey success and knowledge of Federal and State Regulations


• Superb customer service skills as well as the ability to build a strong culture and retain staff


• 
  Director of Nursing who LOVES seniors and loves to educate staff| provide best possible care to residents


• 
  A leader who communicates well with staff, residents and families


• Unencumbered in the state of KY RN License Required)
