Director of Clinical Services & Nursing Operations - Senior Living

Location: New York | Salary: $150,000/year | Full-Time, Monday-Friday

Position Overview

Join a progressive senior living organization as their Director of Clinical Services & Nursing Operations, where you'll lead a comprehensive clinical program serving 100+ residents across multiple care settings. This executive nursing leadership role offers the unique opportunity to shape care delivery while overseeing both established and growing programs.

Essential Responsibilities

• Direct clinical operations across multiple care settings including ALR, EALR, SNALR, and memory care units
• Provide strategic leadership to a team of 60+ healthcare professionals
• Develop and implement resident-centered care initiatives and quality improvement programs
• Ensure regulatory compliance with NY State Department of Health standards
• Drive clinical excellence through staff development and evidence-based practices
• Oversee resident assessments, care planning, and service delivery
• Manage clinical risk and quality assurance programs
• Foster relationships with residents, families, and healthcare partners

Qualifications & Requirements

• Current New York State RN license required
• BSN preferred; equivalent experience considered
• 5-7 years clinical experience in senior living or long-term care
• 4+ years leadership experience in healthcare setting
• Extensive knowledge of NY State Adult Care/Assisted Living regulations
• Strong operational and people management capabilities
