Salary Range: $105,000 – $120,000

What You’ll Do

• 
  

  Provide clinical leadership and strategic oversight for all nursing operations

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure compliance with NYSDOH regulations and survey readiness

  
  


• 
  

  Mentor, develop, and support nursing leadership and frontline staff

  
  


• 
  

  Partner with the Administrator and interdisciplinary team to drive quality outcomes

  
  


• 
  

  Foster a culture of safety, collaboration, and compassionate care

  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 
  

  RN license 

  
  


• 
  

  Provenleadership experience in long-term care or skilled nursing

  
  


• 
  

  Strong clinical judgment, regulatory knowledge, and leadership presence

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to lead through influence, trust, and accountability

  
  


• 
  

  Commitment to resident dignity, staff development, and operational excellence

  
  

Compensation & Benefits
