Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Director of Nursing (RN) to lead our clinical team with heart and purpose. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, compassionate leader who fosters teamwork, accountability, and resident-centered care in a supportive, home-like environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  Oversee all nursing operations, ensuring quality, compliance, and compassionate care.

  Inspire and mentor a team of nurses and CNAs to deliver exceptional outcomes.

  Collaborate with the Administrator and department leaders to enhance resident and family satisfaction.

  
  


• 
  

  Develop and implement clinical programs and initiatives that reflect the mission and values of The McGuire Group.

  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  

  Current RN license in the State of New York.

  
  


• 
  

  Minimum 3 years of nursing leadership experience in long-term care or subacute rehab.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication, clinical, and leadership skills.
