What You'll Do as the Director of Nursing :  

• Oversee and coordinate all nursing services to ensure safe, high-quality resident care
• Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
• Ensure compliance with Wisconsin RCAC regulations, state guidelines, and company policies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, physicians, and leadership to support resident care plans
• Monitor clinical outcomes, address concerns proactively, and support continuous quality improvement
• Participate in on-call rotation to support clinical operations as needed

What You'll Need:  

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Wisconsin
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience 
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience 
• Working knowledge of RCAC rules and compliance regulations
