Job Details

Director of Nursing (RN)

The Director of Nursing will oversee the day-to-day operations and strategic goals of a dynamic team of nursing professionals, medical assistants, utilization review and case management.

Overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring that they provide the highest level of patient care.
Developing and implementing nursing policies and procedures that adhere to industry standards and regulations.
Managing the nursing department’s budget.
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to determine the best patient care outcomes.
Evaluating staff performance and providing guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure continuous professional development.
Ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the latest nursing practices.
Participating in strategic planning and decision-making at the senior management level to drive the overall success of the organization.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors Degree in Nursing required. Master's preferred
2. 3+ years proven leadership experience as a Nurse Manager, Director or equivalent
3. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate a team.
4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of professionals.
5. High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality at all times.
6. Ability to make sound decisions under pressure and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
