Director of Nursing Cath Lab & Interventional Services. $20000 Bonus

We are seeking an experienced Director to lead patient care services and hospital operations in Interventional Radiology and the Cardiac Cath Lab. This role will be responsible for achieving strategic and operational goals, ensuring quality patient care, efficient resource management, and team leadership within a patient- and family-centered care environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide inter-professional leadership to drive quality care and services.
• Utilize the ANA Scope and Standards of Nursing Administration to maintain best practices.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies.
• Lead and implement strategic initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Maintain competency in leadership, collaboration, and communication based on American Organization of Nurse Executives (AONE) standards.
• Utilize participative management to plan, innovate, and coordinate patient care programs.
• Manage human and fiscal resources to maintain staffing, budgeting, and operational excellence.
• Promote a shared governance framework, fostering a culture of teamwork and professional development.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Masters degree in Nursing (MSN) required if the candidate does not hold a BSN.
• If the candidate has a BSN, a Masters degree in Nursing, Healthcare, or Management-related field is required.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in Interventional Radiology or Cardiac Cath Lab.
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in Interventional Radiology or Cardiac Cath Lab.

Certifications & Licensure:

• Certification in specialty practice required (or must be obtained within 2 years of hire).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) & Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required
