Director of Nursing (DON)

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure exceptional patient care
• Lead, mentor, and develop nursing staff to uphold facility standards and compliance
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote quality outcomes
• Maintain clinical documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations
• Drive initiatives that improve resident satisfaction and clinical performance

•  Required:
   
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona 
  • Strong understanding of clinical practices, regulatory compliance, and patient safety
     
• Preferred:
   
  • Leadership or management experience in a healthcare setting 
  • Prior experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment

Physical Requirements:

• Regularly required to walk, sit, stand, bend, reach, lift, and move about facility
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
• Regular attendance is required for this position.
