Our client, a leader in innovative healthcare solutions focused on enhancing the well-being of aging adults and individuals with disabilities, is seeking a Registered Nurse Director to lead clinical operations within their organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in geriatric care and a track record of effective leadership in managing staff, budgets, and patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic direction and leadership for all clinical operations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain standards of care.
• Lead and develop a skilled team of healthcare professionals, collaborating closely with Physician Leadership.
• Oversee patient care and quality outcomes, emphasizing person-centered care and adherence to best practice Quality measures.
• Ensure nursing team competencies are met.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement policies supporting organizational goals.
• Manage the clinical operations budget, allocating resources effectively to support high-quality care delivery.
• Foster relationships with external partners, including healthcare providers and regulatory agencies.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field, with current RN license in California.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in healthcare, preferably in geriatric care.
• Proficiency in clinical operations and best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with strategic decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
• Experience with electronic health records, EPIC preferred.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master's degree in nursing or related field.
• Certification in geriatric nursing or related specialty.
• Experience in older adult care models.
