This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful facility with a strong reputation, stable operations, and the support of an experienced Administrator. The building currently maintains a healthy census and offers specialized services including a ventilator unit and memory care/dementia unit.

What You'll Do

• Provide leadership and oversight for all nursing services and clinical operations 
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations 
• Drive quality outcomes and resident satisfaction initiatives 
• Recruit, mentor, and develop nursing staff 
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional resident care 
• Monitor clinical systems, infection prevention, documentation, and quality measures 
• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on resident-centered care 

Qualifications

• Current Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license 
• Previous Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred 
• Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and survey process 
• Proven leadership, communication, and team-building skills 
• Commitment to clinical excellence and quality resident outcomes
